Remove packaging before use. Use only in tea-light warmers or UL-listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Never leave UNATTENDED. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS. Do not eat. Do not add water. Do not Move warmer while in use.

Return and Refund Policy
All products are FINAL SALE—no refunds on any wax products, tea lights, matches, or wooden spoons. We will not refund Monies or make exchanges if a fragrance is not to your liking or if you feel the fragrance is not strong enough. Due to the nature of these products, it would be unsanitary to resell.
However, if your item is damaged, contact us and we’ll take care of it. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, we will work with you to find the best solution.

Prior authorization via emailing SirenaMelts2021@Gmail.com is needed to return any applicable product within 30 days of receiving your order.

We ask that you take clear, crisp photos of the problem area(s) in bright or natural lighting.

Product received damaged or missing in shipping must be reported within 3 days.

Shipping charges are only refunded for damaged ones and returns are requested or were shipped in error.

Shipping Policy
All fragile items are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and marked as fragile.
Please understand, we have zero control over the shipping cost that is set by the postal service
and do not make a profit off of shipping costs.
Packages are mailed through USPS Mondays and Thursdays.
We aim to have a 2-day turnaround from the time of order to ship your product out to you.
Some of our products take 3-days to 2 weeks to cure and become the best quality we can provide to you. Please keep this in mind as our stock depletes, we take measures to avoid any waiting times.
Special Note related to Summer Shipping
Summer can be a rough season for shipping wax melts due to hotter temperatures. we want to ensure that you are getting the product exactly as you ordered. To avoid any issues, any product that is ordered after Thursday at 1:30 PM during the months of June through August, will be shipped out that following Monday.
this is to avoid any orders that may sit on a delivery truck over the weekend. Wax products sitting inside of a truck, mixed with hot temperatures, could melt, and be rendered useless. By choosing delayed shipping, we hope we can avoid any issues and get you the product you expect from us.
